WTF is a TM?

Like biscuits and gravy, salt and pepper, and Pepsi and milk, trademarks and naming go together. So I was thrilled to develop a booklet series, Truth in Trademarks, with Julie MacDonell, who is the co-founder and CEO of Haloo as well as a senior-level lawyer who specializes in trademark and intellectual property.
